Well if this isn't an indication of the changing market....
I don’t really think it indicates anything other than that it was overpriced for a house that’s not going to widely appeal to the average buyers for that neighborhood

The previous interior did have an academic's house quality to it. The current one is not an academic's house. It's too stylish and trying to be glamorous. It's a real estate developer's house more than it is a lawyer's house or an academic's house.
Too much bling to be a developer. More like realtor.

I guess so? It’s crazy to me that this is essentially a 2 bedroom house but it gets listed as 4

Looks like the listing might have been taken down, I can't see it on zillow either. I can only see the 2020 listing, and I'm wondering where the 4th bedroom is, is it the family room?
