Yes. It is a red flag. It's like not having a smartphone today is a red flag. It gives the impression that you are out of touch with modern communication methods, you are stuck in the past, you are against modernity and progress.
It's just an impression. They would have to talk to you to find out if that impression is confirmed. You may not have a chance to talk to them if there are many other candidates on their list with no 'red flags'. Your loss.
