We hiked Patagonia with them when they were younger and that was the most "bucket list" vacation we've taken. it was the most gorgeous place I've ever seen.

We've done some on this list, plus trips to northern Europe. But we scaled it back when our teen started high school.

This is on our bucket list:
* Scotland
* Switzerland

Also, like to revisit some of our favorites:
*Japan, London, Paris

Not a bucket list, per se, as my husband and I plan to continue traveling once the kids are out of the house, but we are taking our HS senior, HS sophomore, and 7th grader to Colombia this summer. We are spending a lot as we realize this may be the last trip we all take together.

We don’t have the kind of money that allows us to take annual international trips, let alone MULTIPLE international trips. Plus we have a dog that needs to be boarded. We let each kid pick a trip and so far we have Japan and Greek Island hopping.

Good list. I’d add Peru, Israel, and possibly Vietnam. Patagonia, Galapagos and a Safari are definitely at the top of our list, but I think we may need to wait until our youngest is in college and we have longer overlapping vacations. For now, I will take any short trips they are willing to join us on. Now that oldest is in college, I don’t think he wants long extended family trips, but I’m hoping that changes in a couple years when he realizes we will pay for him to go!
