+1 I’ve never heard of a school not extending an offer before Count Day (if someone doesn’t enroll or drops out).

I don’t know that they can say that. That’s obnoxious to say they are done when they are public school taking and reliant on public funds.
They can, they just don't get paid for the empty seats. However, they also don't get paid for enrolling kids over their cap, and I'm not sure what their cap actually is. You'd have to look in the charter agreement.

This is just not true for DCPS schools.
I think both charters will move list further and DCPS will for sure! Not sure I believe that Basis and Latin won't as kids may drop out for another place

Page 22 says October 5 at 4 PM is the data freeze this year.
Basis said they are done moving their lists. Latin Main campus said the same. Did others hear that?
