I move them back to get them out of our driveway so we can park in it when we come home. They're often blocking our driveway, at least on one side. I get home first, so I get out of the car, move their cans, and then park in our garage.
Okay, OP - do you see the flaw in your logic that leads to your annoyance?
The neighbors put the cans out every week, and every week when they get home - after you - the cans are right where they put them out. They don’t even know that anything is amiss, they think the spot they put the cans is working out just fine.
Nobody is taking advantage of you, it’s a ‘poo happens’ kind of thing. Personally I would use this situation as a means to stretch yourself - either to let go of annoyance, or to meet the neighbors and learn to converse with them.
