It sounds like they are elementary ages. Mine liked a Lego area at that age, even if just a table with bins of Lego nearby.

I think air hockey would be awesome.

We have a table that flips and is air hockey on one side, pool table on the other side. There's a ping pong top that can be laid over top.

But, as others have said, etst gets the most use are video games, bean bag chairs and snacks

I just looked it up. The brand is Dynamo, the table is 8', and it was $2,400 in 2001. It looks to be just over $5,000 now. Yikes!

OP, Sounds nice Out of budget though.

We have a “man cave” as my teen boys like to call it. They never play foos ball or air hockey- all they do is watch tv and play Xbox.

+1 on the mini fridge. And add in a microwave for popcorn and a cabinet to hold other snacks. Especially if you want your house to be the one where the friends hang out.

Growing up, we had a foosball table, ping pong table, darts and even a pinball machine at one point. All would be used very excitedly for about a year, and then not used much more. Darts don't take up much space, so you can add that into the mix easily. Just be sure to line the wall behind it, if you don't want it damaged.

The pinball was so much fun, but as it's a solo game it can be annoying if others are wanting to use it too. I'd get foosball over ping pong, if you have to choose. It's easier to get good at and I can't imagine a half size ping pong table being very much fun. Air hockey sounds awesome! I definitely would have loved that too.
