Adding to my previous post - I also try to stay disciplined to avoid snacking throughout the day. When I feel like snacking, I'll have a glass of water or coffee, or mint gum instead. If I'm still hungry after 30 minutes, I'll have a small portion of the snack because entirely depriving myself rarely ends well.

I schedule all of my workouts a week in advance. Even if I don't feel like going, I force myself to show up.. just like with work. I also plan my meals in advance and religiously use MyFitnessPal to log what I eat. Sometimes I'll sign up for workout classes with friends, who hold me accountable.

Walking a ton (for health) and meal-prep healthy foods (for weight loss). Once a week I make a tomato-based veggie soup with tons of cabbage and beans and spinach and beans and whatnot and eat it at least once a day. Super healthy, very filling, fairly cheap!

Impossible because you just need to eat less. Can't make not doing something a PT job

I agree with the focus on walking and mea prep. I'd add that you should do weight lifting also.
I may be off here, but it sounds like you're overweight. Overweight women are more likely to report feeling increased appetite if they increase their cardio. So you may want to focus on weight loss through diet and strength train, while also walking since it isn't vigorous cardio. Once your body changes and you're a normal weight, work up to running, etc because at a lower weight, the opposite happens and cardio suppresses appetite.

Your priority should be meal planning, shopping, and food prep. Losing weight is 90% about food and 10% exercise. Clean out your fridge and pantry, and start fresh.
