Not sure why it’s confusing. The slope of the yard should be slightly away from the house for water drainage. You should t need to repaint a new construction at 3m.

It’s not bad, but it should be discounted.

Main concerns I see:

-backyard is graded towards the house
-front porch looks strange without a railing
-very narrow lot for a big house
-Are those vinyl floors? I can’t tell but at this price the house needs to have hardwood
-there should be a butler’s kitchen
-too much white on white all over

Do you have children? Do you want them living so close to two extremely busy roads?

Do you like being able to get to your house without wondering how traffic is every single time you leave?

Do you like breathing in pollution from a constant parade of cars and trucks driving & idling outside of your house?

Do you like living in peace and quiet?

You make zero sense.

I think it is beautiful and love the space. I cannot afford it though - not for the asking price or anything close to it. 😀

So what you're essentially saying is living on a 5 lane road is no different than living deep in a neighborhood 1 mile from a main road? You make no sense.

But there is a difference between being on a main road, and being on a side street.

At least for me, I would take a smaller or older home on a quiet street, rather than a big beautiful new home on a busy street (main road).

Looks dated from the outside and that landscaping. No way will it go for asking.
