Subject: Can a woman over 35 ever be a catch?
My wife was a huge catch at that age. I would have dated her over women 10 years younger.

Of course she is a HUGE catch for any man. But, she ended up with a man who is mediocre for her because she had to settle at her age.
But if she was a catch then she didn't need to settle, right?

The answer is yes. One of my friends became single at around 36/37 after a divorce -- she is truly a catch (beautiful, brilliant with two Ivy degrees, kind and warm) and I think she was single for maybe a few months then got snapped up by a handsome surgeon. Kids at 39 and 40.

My first cousin got married at 40 first time to a rich never married 50 year old man.
She had a big wedding, was taking prenatal vitamins pre wedding.
Got pregnant on honeymoon, again at 43 and again at 46 She is currently 63 and youngest in HS.
