There are lots of good ideas to try here but I'd underscore that whatever you try, the most important thing, in my opinion, is just to keep serving a variety of vegetables. My kids have one fruit and one vegetable with every dinner and while they are also generally picky eaters, over time they realized that they didn't mind those vegetables as much as they thought and maybe even liked some of them. I'd rotate frequently so they have a chance to try different things, eventually you'll see what they object to the least and go from there. It's a long game but stick with it.

You could try taking kids to the farmers market and have them pick one veg.

Dips and spreads, added cheeses.

Bake them into Mac and cheese.

Vegetable soup (you could blend it it they don’t like chunks). Cook meatballs in the purée, or mix in hot buttered pasta and add cheese.
