Although by ‘teach,’ I expect results. Like my child will be playing the piano as well as other spoiled rich kids who pay for lessons. Not just like for fun lol. Bc if we don’t have a Mozart, I think any random person who likes kids would be a fine music teacher.

My sister does, but she is in Orange County, California. She is employed by 2 docs and was an elementary school teacher for 20 years.

Lady, it’s a job. The parameters are clearly stated. And we have a full time nanny, but pay her well enough she doesn’t need to pick up weekend sitting jobs for us. For that and date night we use a sitter.

And to the next PP, absolutely NO ONE is paying any nanny $40/hour. I know some of the wealthiest people in DC and most of them pay cash under $25. On the books is more like $26-28, which I recommend, so the employee has no leverage over you.

it is proving that you are a very inconsiderate employer, pp. Also, sitters and nannies are not the same. If you have different "sitters" every other day it is of course a non issue and not because of their age but because they do not care if they come to your house next time or not. Very probably, not.
