Not the PP, but I'm guessing now because they don't have to pay bag fees or other ancillary fees like economy plus, etc. Plus, consolidate your points to one airline means more free flights.

Google flights uses ita software, so it’s the same thing really.

Agree to search on Google but book direct.

+1. Just be aware you can’t book directly through it (that’s a good thing!) and you can’t filter out basic economy.

I always do a separate Southwest search for destinations I know are nonstop routes
