Love the PB dorm sheet sets. The only part that can't be reused on a nondorm bed is the fitted sheet.

I have the queen-size version of these for our bedroom, and they’re great. They soften up nicely, and they’re comfortable to sleep on, not sweaty. They don’t last forever (and at that price I don’t expect them to), but they’d definitely make it through freshman year.

I did see some reviews that said using vinegar in the first wash helped to soften them up more quickly, but I haven’t tried it.
