I put my bigh three school on my resume when applying for biglaw jobs in law school, mostly to show that I had ties to DC and would be likelier to want to stay long term. Ninety percent of the people I interviewed with focused on that for much of my interview, quizzing me on whether I liked it, etc, because they were interested in the school for their own children.

I only got one offer so did it hurt? Who knows. Probably not as much as my poor grade in Torts hurt.

I went to TJ and I have it on my LinkedIn but not on my resume.

I put my high school on linkedin so that other alumni may reach out. Why not? It is not a “Big 3” at all.
