Things that help me:
- eat dinner as early as possible. Like 5:30p
- eat less at dinner than pre pregnancy and more at lunch
- if I get hungry eat a light snack of non processed food like some fruit

Weirdly coke on ice helps me with this. Also I sleep very angled up on pillows on my left side.

Try switching to a prenatal that does NOT have iron plus a slow release iron pill (Walgreens has them on the shelf). Also, the Alka Seltzer chews worked way better for them than Tums and other brands. The old wives tale is the more heartburn, the more hair the baby has and holy crap my babies were both born with LOCKS of curls. They say you forget how bad pregnancy symptoms can be. I did NOT forget how god awful my heartburn was. Hang in there!

I had heartburn from conception to delivery. Sorry, I have nothing to offer.

Make sure it's Pepcid Complete. I also find that a hot water bottle helps quite a bit.

I'm sure you're already doing this - but don't eat full meals. Just graze/snack on all the time.

I also stopped taking prenatal. The iron upset my stomach, so I just took folic acid.
