Yes to all of the above. A neighbor friend of mine also makes a cheddar/apple salad that I’m weirdly obsessed with, even though it’s not really summery, but it is cold. I’ve also made a green bean salad served with a vinaigrette that is meant to be eaten at room temperature.
Although I usually add in a Mac and cheese option if there are kids involved. My kids like the other stuff, but it’s still a fan favorite!
