I make a baked version. It’s not the same, but it’s super good (and healthier). Agree that the traditional flipped versions are really hard to make.

I love this. Deep fryers are pretty standard kitchen appliances in Spain, and a must for the potatoes in a good tortilla. But yes, potato chips will work!

Rodmans has frozen ones in freezer section, Goya brand. They're good.
