They should be in DC, and I think the Harris Group being the new owners brings an excitement to have them come back to DC.

I guess the V in DMV doesn’t stand for Virginia, because the last time I checked, Richmond was in Virginia.

The M doesn't include all of MD either - the stadium obviously isn't going to be in Baltimore. Most people understand that DMV covers the greater DC metropolitan area, not the entirety of VA and MD.

Put the Redskins back in DC.

Has any NFL team been sold lately without the new owners demanding—and getting—a new stadium? Huge real estate scams are one of the main reasons to buy a team.

Definitely would hate a stadium in my neighborhood most. Second-most hated outcome would be having a single dollar of my D.C. taxes pay to build a new stadium for them. I guess I would be marginally disappointed if they left the area altogether -- I grew up as a big fan when they were good in the 1980s and early 1990s -- and I recognize that a lot of people would be much more upset than I would be, but personally, I wouldn't think twice about "should we build them a stadium or let them leave."

Could not give less of sht if they leave DC and absolutely would hate them in my DC neighborhood.

Do NOT want Commanders in my neighborhood, for a variety of reasons.

But I'm also one of those people who doesn't understand team allegiance. It's not like the players are from the geographic area they play for, or are committed to it for their entire playing career.

If the team *insists on having* a new stadium, they can figure out on their own where to put it, and they can pay for it on their own.
