I found his book very helpful as well as some of his podcast episodes. But I would tell my sister (who was the one who told me about him) that he seemed a little crazy. Good at presenting himself as reasonable but would go all in on wellness/health span stuff to a level that seemed unhealthy
The Epstein stuff is disappointing, but not entirely surprising. Definitely something off about him - of only based on the sheer amount of time he spends on fitness stuff for himself - not normal for a husband and a father. I don't mean it's bad to spend time on yourself, that is good, but there is a point where it is just way too much and quite selfish.
But if that is his job, why is it too much? If he is making a living with this as many of these people do he would spend many hours making it work. It would not be a 9-5 job. It would be the hours of a entrepreneur.
He isn't making any money during his 4-6 hours of cardio 3-4 hours of strength and 1 hour of stability training per week. He makes money from treating patients, book sales and his podcast. He is not a professional athlete.
