The bottom up scroll is relentless. The down arrow option is a momentary fix. As soon as you scroll, click, or move to the next page it starts again. It also covers the bottom back/forward arrows. Can you reduce the size of DC Urban Moms and Dads logo and move scroll to the top? There’s white space between logo and Forum Index >>
Scrolling up will push it out of view without needing to tap arrow.

I will probably disable this ad because its revenue performance has not met expectations. Sadly, you will like the replacement even less.
