Hah, right. They don’t care about a bunch of moms. The stores are packed with teens and younger women all day and night.

Businesses frequently care about leaving piles of money on the table. How much higher would their sales be if people could actually use the website?

Cute styles but you have to have narrow shoulders and a flat butt to fit into them then wait in a line of 50 people to buy anything. I always leave empty handed.

Zara is terrible. I don’t get the appeal either.

I don’t really understand the appeal of Zara. Old navy quality for Banana Republic prices.

I feel seen! Every time I want to get something on their website I give up, because it sucks so much.

The Spanish ones are great and well organized, but barely cheaper. Look at the tags and the various prices

+1 I hate shopping on the app. I always get frustrated, tell myself I will just go to the store and then never do.

I’ve gone to the store a handful of times. For me, the actual store is even worse than the website or app so I go back online. I do wish that there were reviews.

The ones in Berlin and London are great too.

It is a breathtakingly useless site. I don’t have a Zara near me and I’d like to get some of the makeup but that website sucks so bad.

+1, one of the worst websites for a store that I actually like quite a bit. It's annoyingly hard to navigate and I hate how they photograph the clothes.

But it's not surprising because their retail stores are similarly bad. They have these huge stores and clothes are often grouped in the weirdest ways, it can be really hard to find the more basic, classic items, and their sale racks are notoriously horrible -- it's basically like being at a poorly run sample sale, you have to be willing to dig and there is often no rhyme or reason whatsoever to the way the clothes are "organized."

It’s the worst.
