I couldn't find a house under 700k near Tysons when I was looking 9 years ago. I think you're looking for a unicorn. I think most sfhs are now over 1m.
I think you should buy a townhouse and save for another 5 years, then move again.

Kinda snobbish when you cannot even afford a townhouse. Let’s see, these are priced to sell and are within 15 mins. Let this be a wake up call to you and adjust your expectations and learn to compromise
