I am definitely not sleeping better (thanks menopause - up to pee around 2am every morning, and then awake again around 3;30-4:30 and am up foe the day), and I have been a person who works out 5 days a week for over 20 years, so no, no difference there. I look better in clothes and people compliment me on the weight loss.
I got the rx because my bmi was 28 and I had high blood pressure. BMI currently 24.1 (25 is considered overweight - screw the people that created this horrible measurement system, I hope they rot forever in pergatory for making so many feel so bad so easily for so long). Again, I have worked out 5 days a week for over 20 years, lift weights, do caedio, etc. I wasn't in bad shape, just fat.
I appreciate the insight and I am just so thrilled for you.
