I run in Brooks Adrenaline and like the Brooks Revel okay for HIIT and circuit training. I'm not sure if that would work for heavy lifting, which I'm going to start working up to.

I wear regular (sized up a size from regular street shoes) but I think they come in wide.

Agree, they are only suitable for standing flat and lifting/squatting

Nikes don't fit my arches well, so I have the Lululemon strongfeels and really love them. Perfect support for non-cardio training, comfy, tacky bottom for grip on gym floor. Highly recommend.
