Lipo os not for weight loss, it’s for sculpting. And there’s a limit to how much you can safely remove.

I can't imagine you can actually start right now. I was on it for 3 months and I've been without a refill for a month. I can tell the effects are gone b/c I don't find alcohol repulsive anymore. I'm trying to maintain my changed eating habits, but it's super frustrating since I still had quite a way to go.

The worse you eat, the more side affects you have so you end up making better choices so as to not have to spend time on or over the toilet.

My experience has been nearly the same. I've been on for 5 months and have lost 20 pounds. I have had some mild side effects of periodic nausea, but mostly that has faded. 95% of my sweet and salty cravings are gone. I feel full after eating small meals. I'm eating more veggies and fruits and I exercise more. I, too, meet monthly with a nurse and a dietician. I'd be thrilled if I could lose 20 more and then keep it off.

No major side effects. I had been in 1ML for 5 months, and just moved up to 1.7 because i couldn't find the 1ml anywhere.

Does your doctor have a sample box to start you on?
