But that is the choice of the community and its elected officials. If the schools cannot adequately function, then stop the policies that invite this population.

Sure no one like right wing nut jobs but need to elect people willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems.
Ah yes, because Republican-led school districts in southern states are shining examples of success…

They don't listen to their constituents, they have zero interest in fixing any of the failing educational aspects of schools, and are completely uninterested in the educational experience our kids are receiving. Which is why they deny that overcrowding even exists.
And it's clear they don't care about the staff experience either. (encore, pay)
Who cares how often and when people are elected who only act on and care about things like the length of their own term, the names of our schools, and ever increasing amounts of SEAL time.

Uhhh, Jefferson Houston grade school was literally the lowest performing school in the entire state just two years ago. Schools in Petersburg were doing a better job educating kids. Let that sink in.
Yeah, All the super dems in Alexandria are doing a bang up job!
Petersburg, Washington County, Grayson County, Bath, Agusta ... pretty much every "red county" is doing significantly better than Alexandria.

Either way, it doesn't do anything to actually educate children. Talk about making a mountain over a mole-hill...
