Former rep here. I did 3 years then 2 more on on the committee helping the next reps. My youngest is wrapping up and my best advice is to have a drink at the banquet before you decide whether u want to continue. When u are ready to exit, figure out what you most enjoy doing and do that!

My kid is going to divisionals next Sat. I thank you OP ( I signed up to time so I’m not a swim team parent slacker but I know this job is more intensive)
