No, that’s false. Female sperm are thought to survive longer. I’ve never read about anything about speed of swimming.

I read something about artificial sweeteners changing your PH to be more acidic which helps in trying for a girl. I did it and we have a girl but who knows if it made a difference.

DH bought a book called, "How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby." It had a bunch of hooey about timing and positions. We did not follow its instructions at all, except occasionally by accident. Our baby was the sex DH preferred, so now he insists the book works. I think he is kidding.

You see, it starts early in life. Girls need a head start to catch up with boys.


For running, yeah. But girls are smarter and tend stay out of trouble.

There is sperm sorting but even that isn't 100% and it's illegal in the US
