Within a couple of years thousands of people are going to sue the manufacturer and providers claiming that the drug was overprescribed and caused bodily injury. People are going to get hurt.

Will anyone prescribe Ozempic or Wegovy for me? My GP won’t prescribe it for weight at all, and I’ve been turned down by two online docs who I thought for sure would prescribe it because they’re advertising themselves as GLP-3 providers. Both said my BMI was too low, but I’m in the overweight category. How is everyone else who is way skinnier than me getting these drugs?
Well, they might not be reporting their BMI accurately to the online Dr.

That's frightening. What qualifications do their prescribers have?
Do you seriously think people without MDs are prescribing medication? Think about it for just a second. Stretch your mind to entertain the possiblity that they might partner with medical doctors that can prescribe it.

Their BMI is higher despite what you see, their risk factors are different, or they found unethical doctors, take your pick.
Now that 3 doctors have said no, you don't think that maybe this isn't the answer? What else have you tried?
