I’ve never owned a sifter, so I don’t sift. Everything turns out fine.

Do people actually use sifters in the 21st century?

My go to is banana nut bread with chocolate chips. Not really that involved, I use one mixing bowl.

Banana baked oatmeal- I like the budget bytes recipe.
It’s also really good to add blueberries sprinkled on top before baking
