It isn’t MCPS, but I recommend looking into West Laurel - Bond Mill Elementary, specifically. It’s a great school.
We lived in eastern MoCo at one point but moved the couple minutes drive into PG. Very happy here.
I have friends whose children recently attended and currently attend Bond Mill and they love/d it!
Oh- except Bond Mill is Howard County.
Oh- maybe there is more than one.
Bond Mill Elementary School

Laurel, Maryland 20707 is PGCPS.

Good to great teachers in all except one class, excellent language instruction all three years, and really love that the block schedule allows kids to take 8 classes. It was great to balance out the academics with such fantastic electives.
I do not have positive views of older kid’s elementary school experience, minus two absolutely amazing teachers.
Nothing but negatives about our younger kid’s elementary experience - hoping middle school will be better.
I’m so happy to hear that you like Loiederman!
