If I check in on Sunday and checkout Monday, I can visit the water park on both Sunday and Monday right? Including Sunday morning when the park opens at 9 am? Is that correct? I believe you can start using the waterpark at 1 p.m. or thereabouts the day you check in. You go to the front desk and they give you your bracelet to get into the park, which you'll use as a room key. If your room isn't ready, they will text you the room number when it is.

You can use the waterpark until checkout time, if I'm not mistaken.

Ha ha, this is so true! We went to the Williamsburg GWL several years when DD was young. We are both bummed that it finally comes to Maryland and she has aged out! We are looking for a little kid to bring as cover, lol.

Aged out? I’m a mid-40s dad and hit the slides and the surf thing with my kids. So much fun.

My kid loved GWL in Williamsburg when she was 6. I took her back at age 11 earlier this year and it wasn't nearly as fun for her, simply because most of the waterpark was devoted to smaller kids and because she had been to places like Kalahari and Aquatopia that had much more exciting slides. Dunno how the new GWL compares to the Williamsburg one when it comes to the slides themselves.

I have a black child and was thinking of going. The white pride tattoo would bother me… I didn’t know this about that area.

Your comparison is silly and disingenuous. Great Wolf is no Disney. The area surrounding GW in Cecil County (middle of MAGA county) is not the same as the area surrounding Disney World where the entire area is supported by tourism.
