As a family though (just to give you a more helpful response) our summer has been punctuated by theater shows. Kids are both into theatre so we have shows to look forward to and remember fondly FWIW.

Nothing besides the extreme heat, 90% humidity, bad allergies, horrible unhealthy air quality due to the fire smoke and torrential rains and thunderstorms going outside is nearly impossible these days.
