Did you even click on the company link that someone posted?

It clearly says rhey acquired Robinson Sports which includes all of M&D. They even quote the CEO. And they are based out of Massachusetts.

3 Step does Own M&D, along with the Hawks, Hogan and all the tournaments, Apex events, NGLL, the list goes on and on. 3 Step could buy the St James with their walking around money.

I did some more research. Land cost was $20 million and construction cost was $87 million. That's $107 million total.
