And I completely disagree with the above. A famous study showed that exercise is nearly worthless for losing weight (though great for health).
When I run 30 miles a week my weight stays where I want it. When I reduce or stop running my weight goes up.

Physics is the wrong math for cell biology. It’s like trying to solve calculus using case law.
