We staged our ~2500 sq ft house in Bethesda this past April for $2295. That covered just the first floor and rooms upstairs but not the basement. We looked into Redfin to do it but the same service was maybe around $3k is I recall correctly. It was worth it IMO. We were under contract in two days.

$5,800. They just broke it down into furniture cost and staging services. I guess that doesn't really matter unless you need to go an extra month with the furniture.
