I like the hats with the strings because sun hats blow away when you are sitting on the beach.

Have you looked at San Diego Hat company? They have many travel hats that pack well - different styles, colors etc. I purchased one that rolls up, takes up very little space and has done a great job protecting my face, neck, ears etc. Who knows if DC Urban thinks its "cool" - its a little more fashionable than a Tilley (don't get me wrong I own one and use it at home).

I’m waiting for my Solbari holiday sun hat to be delivered. I decided on Solbari from previous DCUM posters recommending the brand.

There are lots of floppy big SPF hats online and they will do the trick but not be exactly fashionable. I think I’d rather be burn and freckle free at this stage.

I just don’t know what to say about someone who can’t just like their hat, they have to feel like they’re getting the “last laugh” and someone else is suffering. Just like your hat!
