Both scenarios can have adults living at home, but the former is understandable. Living with random roommates is a FAR better and more respectable situation than living at home with your
parents. Because the former makes you grow as a person.
It was two defendant that were charge for armed robbery, but they didn’t have enough evidence, both mothers talked about they are living at home and they are good kids.

If it’s public housing it may be that they are listed as tenants so that the family doesn’t get downsized but live elsewhere. Just a possibility; what I am saying is that not everyone actually lives at their official address of record.
