I have never made it , but I love fruit pizza at a potluck and it is always popular. It’s an older recipe with probably few variations.

Seven Layer Cookies -
1. Melt 1 stick margarine, spread in 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with:
2. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3. 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
4. 1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
5. 1 cup coconut
6. 1 cup chopped walnuts
7. Pour 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk over everything.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Good chilled.

I've made this several times, never started with the brownie mix so can't speak to that, but the original is a big hit.
