My 11yo had requested Thanksgiving dinner this weekend lol, so will be doing turkey/gravy/potatoes/veggies, Yorkshire puddings ( im English) probably on Sunday.
I'm so jealous of the authentic yorkshire puddings! I didn't know you could make with turkey drippings tho.

I made chimichangas tonight
Big tortilla, chopped chicken baked with fajita seasoning, black beans, sautéed onions and peppers, shredded cheese
Roll, sear the seal on the stove then spray with cooking spray and finish in the oven
Turned out great!
