Why would anyone do that if they're not causing any symptoms? They just grow back too. Pointless to point yourself through that unless they're causing you issues.

1. HSGs unlikely to do much related to a fibroid.

2. HSGs aren't that bad. I have had several due to endometriosis. The first found two blocked tubes and was able to clear one. Got pregnant the next month.

I would do the hsg. It was like one second of sharp pain.
