Wow i need to see some of these. I was quite shocked at the Red Wedding episode of GoT because I did not read the books. I started reading the books after that episode

I agree Sixth Sense, Shutter Island, and The Prestige are all great ones!
My personal favorite (or not, because it was gut-wrenching) is the season 4 finale of Dexter. I literally cried out in shock.
Another one that caught me by surprise was The Visit.
