Whatsherface - Jerry Seinfelds wife has a cookbook with a ton of recipes hiding vegetables in mac and cheese, sauces etc

Smoothies - add in carb heavy fruits like banana. Blend in with berries or whatever. Milk, strawberry yogurt, ice .

I top it off with whip cream and a mini umbrella and sometimes will use a "fancy" glass (a margarita one) to serve it. Big hit with my kids.

We have no diet restrictions as a family but prefer no overly processed foods or added sugars.

We offer veggies with almost every meal and sometimes they’re licked or chewed but not eaten much. Peditrician says as long as we are offering that’s all we can do.

Bonus points for high protein and iron rich meals with “hidden” veggies.
