I spray daily with a non toxic spray.
I watched a YouTube video that explains how to remove soap scum from shower glass doors. It's mostly a touch of Dawn dishwashing liquid and vinegar mixture in warm water.
I have sensitive skin, and I HATE the smell of most cleaning products.

I try to squeegee the glass but I’m not religious about it. We have a biweekly housecleaner.
When I cleaned my own house, I learned that the best way to clean your shower is while you’re in it, at the end of a shower, with Dr Bronner’s. It seems counter intuitive to use soap on soap scum but it works and is easier at the end of the shower when everything is soft. You need a scrubber - a brush, a nylon sponge thingie, whatever. Scrub daddy would be good. And a way to rinse. That is all you need plus a bleach spray for anything pink or black.

We have very hard water, but all we do is squeegee the shower glass. Housekeeper does the deeper clean twice a month.

It’s going to get wet again in less than a day. Why would I care if there are water spots? Although I don’t generally have spots after cleaning with a rag (not a daily chore!) and air drying. Maybe my water’s softer than yours?
Just so it looks nice. I like clean spotless glass. If you have soft water, then yes maybe it’s not even an issue.

We have hard water and will have spots if we don’t. We do it after every shower. We use it on the glass door and the tile. I also bleach the shower every few weeks. No cleaning lady for me!

squeegee when i'm not rushing, which is probably once a week.
for cleaning, i started using straight vinegar in a misting bottle, and so far, it's handling the hard water spots without any elbow grease on my part. just spray, let it sit a minute, then squeegee or microfiber.

D. Shower curtain + my bathroom is original 1950s. Weekly I use tub cleaner--the best seems to be Barkeeper's Friend.
