When I see Rhiannon I think of Rhiannon Giddens, so I kind of like it.
I don't like Maxine or Calliope, but the other names are fine. My favorite is Thea.

Rhiannon - just no.
Daisy (maybe on its own, maybe as nickname for Margaret) - too cutesy past the age of about 10 and Margaret is too ugly
Maxine - too ugly
Molly - yes, great name. note that many people will say "I have/had a dog named Molly!" happily, but that wouldn't bother me
Virginia, nn Ginny - not if you live in Virginia
Daphne - eh okay
Thea, maybe Theodora as a full name - just no
Calliope, nn Callie - everyone will ask if you liked Callie on Grey's Anatomy
Miranda (no nickname, and we actively dislike Randy as a nn so nervous about this one though we really like it) - ugly
Michaela - eh okay

Here are my thoughts:
Rhiannon - like this
Daisy (maybe on its own, maybe as nickname for Margaret) - like as a NN for Margaret
Maxine - not crazy about this one
Molly - like this
Virginia, nn Ginny - don't like how closely it's tied to the word "virgin"
Daphne - like this
Thea, maybe Theodora as a full name - like, esp as a nn fo Theodora
Calliope, nn Callie - like this
Miranda (no nickname, and we actively dislike Randy as a nn so nervous about this one though we really like it) - like this
Michaela - like the sound of this but it's one of those names I think needs a break after being used so heavily for awhile

Other ideas:
Marianne, Matilda, Melody, Marissa, Alethia, Calista

Confused at why if you like names with the first initial M your list is full of names that start with letters other than M.

I do not understand the Daisy trend. At all. I fully hate this name.

Molly is my favorite by far. Would’ve used it for our daughter but sounded bad with our last name

Callie is somewhat common. And yes, Molly is often a dog's name.

Maxine - dislike this; it feels old to me although I have no idea why

Molly - I like this; classic and cute

Virginia, nn Ginny - like it, don’t love it

Daphne - like it, although not my personal style

Thea, maybe Theodora as a full name - I like Theodora better than Thea which feel like it lacks an solid consonants at all

Calliope, nn Callie - I wouldn’t go with something like Calliope unless my family were Greek but I do think Callie is adorable

Miranda (no nickname, and we actively dislike Randy as a nn so nervous about this one though we really like it) - I love Miranda and don’t know anyone with the name who goes by anything but the whole thing

Michaela - has a very 80s/90s vibe to me


M names that might be worth considering: Marianne, Matilda, Mary, Magdalena-nn-Maggie (but only if you’re Christian and reasonably religious ), Maisie, Madeline
