This isn't about how the parents feel about these photos, it's about how the child in the photo feels about the picture. As a 13 year old, I would not have wanted pictures of me bare bottomed on Facebook. Or pictures of me with my pants down sitting on the toilet. What's cute at 3 isn't always as cute at 13. It's good to edit and remove old stuff in any case.

My kid is ok with poses vacation photos and such.

I wish my adult friends/family would realize I do not want them to most my picture ever. I don't have Facebook for a reason!

Mine were borderline nudists when they were little so there’s some things I’m sure they wouldn’t want shared with their friends.

Most people use stories nowadays. They disappear. Also, no-one under 40 uses Facebook.

They don't see it or care. And no they don't use it.

Also, Facebook no longer feeds your friends postings to you. It's much more commercial. Competing with TiKTok, etc.
