I do drink a lot of coffee, and the calories in the cream add up. I just make cuts elsewhere - dessert for me needs to be fruit, for example.
I really don’t know if I can!!! Maybe just plain milk and light sugar..

I'm one of the PP's who also said this. Adding 1300 cals a week just from your morning coffee is insanity and hard to do UNLESS OP is actually getting a frappucino or similar. It doesn't sound like that though, sounds like it's an at-home coffee deal. I really think OP is miscalculating.
