From the games I saw #7 at Prep '24 (lefty attackmen, committed to Georgetown) was a crucial part of the attack as well.

Which teams would a SJC coach want to watch at Summer Exposure? The older divisions were filled with lower level teams, NAL up the road in DE had the most talented teams and players in HS recruiting ages (28 & 29), if not at NAL, then Platinum Cup would've been a better use of time. The SJC rosters tends to lack players from participants of SE.

If you want your program to stay relevant in the national HS picture or even remain in the top 5 in the DC area, your high school coaches need to recruit. Its that simple.

SJC is on the rise as they aggressively recruit from everywhere, even outside the Region and on top of that they are the new kids on the block. Prep also appears to be on the rise with the Old Creepy Coach now housing kids in his basement and leveraging their dorms for the families who can dish out $60K a year.

Bullis, Landon, and Gonzaga are all basically playing catch-up.

SJC coaches are always working. They will be successful in the DMV for many years.

PVI loses several key players…two of their attackman…FOGO…their LSM who was very good…and two Defenseman so I don’t see them repeating

SJC loses Weller and Tasty. That’ll be hard to replace imo

SJC will be the WCAC favorite for a 4 peat until proven otherwise.

Gonzaga has had coaching issues since King has taken over. Eagles always get off to great starts in March but hit a plateau and don't seem to improve as the season carries on relative to other programs. Two very subpar seasons back-to-back.

DeMatha takes a big step backwards next Spring.

Overall the WCAC won't be as strong in 2024 as PVI graduated a ton and SJC loses the best goalie in the country and arguably one of the top FOGOs in the county.
