We live in Arlington and when they put sidewalk in our neighborhood, we had to sign a letter saying, we no longer own the part of our yard from the sidewalk to the road.
Does Arlington mow and mulch that part of the yard?

You’re right. Your dog is free to crap on my lawn and then dig up my lawn trying to bury it. You are absolutely right. Why not, everyone else does.
If you don’t train your dog, I will.

I have a mind to pull that piece of crap signage up and toss it in to the other part of your yard.
When we laid new sod down, I asked folks to not let dog pee on it. It would have killed it and it's expensive.

The signs asking you to pick up are fine and realistic.
