what is your dressing?Anonymous wrote:I have really boring lunches, but I enjoy them. A salad of crunchy lettuce, cucumber, cheese, cabbage, tomatoes, chickpeas and homemade dressing that I make. I change what’s in the salad based on what is in my fridge. But it always has good crisp lettuce and homemade dressing and that is what makes it good and why I eat it every day without getting tired of it.
was this Whole Foods?Anonymous wrote:Yesterday: a huge salad from a place we all call "the $20 salad" - mine was $17 and change. Romaine, lentils, quinoa, slivered almonds, peach, red pepper. The guy really packed it in - I could have eaten half for lunch and half for dinner but I stuffed it all in for lunch. So damn good.
Today: orange chicken and fried rice, plus some carrot sticks. It was the first time I had the chicken and rice at this place, and the chicken seemed oddly crunchy, almost kind of burnt, so maybe I won't get it again. Will either cut up a mango or eat a banana for snack later.
